“We build the plan from what's already in your dabba — dal, sabzi, roti — and adjust portions and timing from there.”

Lasting nutrition change happens at your dining table, not on a laminated chart.

Practising from her clinic in New Maran Complex, Neelbad, Bharti spends the first session simply understanding a client's daily routine — work hours, cooking habits, festivals, food likes and dislikes — before writing a single meal plan. Every diet chart that leaves the clinic is built around ingredients already sitting in that client's kitchen.

Clients are seen across age groups and conditions: teenagers needing better exam-season eating habits, new mothers rebuilding strength after delivery, and working professionals managing diabetes or thyroid alongside a packed calendar.

  • Personalised, one-to-one diet consultations — no generic printed charts
  • Plans built around regional and home-style Indian cooking
  • Ongoing follow-up and chart revisions as progress is reviewed
  • In-clinic appointments at Neelbad, with phone follow-ups available
What the clinic covers

Nine kinds of eating. One clinic.

Every plan starts with a detailed diet history and lifestyle discussion, then is adjusted over follow-up visits as your body responds.

Weight Management

Structured plans for healthy, sustainable weight loss or gain, built around your routine rather than restrictive fasting.

Best for: post-festival weight gain, plateaued weight loss, or gradual weight gain for underweight clients. Includes portion guidance for home meals plus a simple activity plan.

Diabetes & Blood Sugar

Meal timing and carbohydrate planning designed to keep blood sugar steady alongside your existing medication and routine.

Best for: newly diagnosed Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, or fluctuating sugar levels. Coordinated with reports from your physician where available.

PCOS & Thyroid

Hormone-aware diet charts addressing irregular cycles, weight fluctuation and energy dips linked to PCOS and thyroid conditions.

Best for: irregular periods, hair thinning, low energy or slow metabolism linked to PCOS or thyroid imbalance. Plans reviewed alongside your lab reports.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Trimester-wise nutrition guidance for expecting mothers, and recovery-focused eating plans for new mothers who are breastfeeding.

Best for: each trimester's changing needs, morning sickness, and rebuilding iron and energy levels while breastfeeding.

Child & Teen Nutrition

Growth-focused meal planning for fussy eaters, low-appetite children, and teenagers preparing for exams and sports.

Best for: fussy eaters, slow growth curves, and teenagers who need better concentration and energy during school and exams.

Diabetic & Renal Diets

Specialised charts for kidney disease, high cholesterol and post-surgery recovery, coordinated with your treating doctor's advice.

Best for: chronic kidney disease, dialysis support, high cholesterol, and recovery diets after surgery — always in sync with your treating doctor.

Sports & Fitness Nutrition

Fuelling and recovery plans for gym-goers, runners and athletes looking to support performance through food, not supplements alone.

Best for: gym-goers and runners wanting food-first fuelling and recovery strategies rather than relying on supplements.

Immunity & Gut Health

Diet adjustments for recurring digestive issues, acidity, low immunity and general fatigue, using everyday foods and simple swaps.

Best for: recurring acidity, bloating, low immunity or fatigue — usually resolved with simple everyday food swaps and better timing.

Follow-Up & Chart Revision

Scheduled review visits to track progress, troubleshoot plateaus and update your diet chart as your goals and routine change.

Best for: anyone already on a plan — scheduled reviews keep the chart matched to festivals, travel, and how your body is actually responding.

Before you visit

Common questions

What should I bring to my first visit?

Any recent blood reports (sugar, thyroid, lipid profile if available), a list of current medications, and a rough idea of your daily meal timings. If you don't have reports yet, that's fine — the first session can still proceed.

Do you create separate diet charts for the whole family?

Yes. Many clients bring diet concerns for a spouse, parent or child in the same household. Each person gets their own chart, and where possible we plan meals that overlap so cooking stays simple.

Are follow-up sessions available over the phone?

Yes, once the first in-clinic consultation is done, follow-up check-ins can be arranged over a call to review progress and update the chart.

How soon can I expect to see results?

This depends entirely on the goal and starting point. Most clients see an initial two-week review to track early changes, with realistic milestones discussed during the first consultation itself.
